- Good Accent, pronunciation and enough knowledge of Current Regional (National / International Affairs).
- Known with the names of Important Personalities of the Nation (National/ International).
- Candidates with the background of Journalism/any field of academic/ Television/Radio Media. Good knowledge in English & Hindi.
- Ability to interview people who matter in News/ Write News stories and Report events from the sports.
